Every product has a clear origin and meets strict quality standards.
Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the goods and compare them with the accompanying documents and warranty card (if any) before receiving the products. This ensures your rights in terms of exchange/return and warranty services.

Warranty Coverage
SinhGroup provides warranty service for products in the following cases:
Malfunctions or technical failures are confirmed to be caused by manufacturer defects and the product is still within the warranty period.
Products show no signs of intervention or repair by any third party.
Products/services are kept in their original condition without customer tampering or external intentional damage.
Products have not been affected by environmental conditions (such as water damage, corrosive chemicals, extreme heat deformation).
Products will be repaired, exchanged, or replaced in the next shipment for convenience, or replacement products will be provided from the nearest authorized dealer.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:
Products cannot be verified as purchased from SINHGROUP.
Products are beyond the warranty period or the warranty card is lost.
Warranty card or warranty seal is torn, missing, overlaid, or altered.
Warranty card does not clearly state Serial number and purchase date.
The Serial number on the product and on the warranty card does not match or cannot be identified.
Damage caused by external mechanical impact: drops, cracks, scratches, dents, rust, moisture, fire, or natural disasters.
Products showing damage from rodents, insects, or similar causes.
Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the user manual, or using the product outside of specifications.
Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired without authorization, or used with incorrect components.
Products purchased from SINHGROUP but already out of warranty period – in such cases, paid repair services will be provided upon request.
Paid Repair Services
For products purchased from SINHGROUP that fall under the non-warranty cases above, we will provide paid repair services if requested by the customer.
Alternatively, we may refer customers to the nearest repair center directly.
Repair fees will be informed by SINHGROUP or the repair center, depending on the actual repair costs.
