Customers may refer to the following payment methods and choose the one most suitable:
For Products Available in Stock
Method 1: Direct Payment (Customer collects goods at SINHGROUP showroom)
Step 1: Customer reviews product/service information listed on the website.
Step 2: Customer visits SINHGROUP showroom.
Step 3: Customer makes payment in cash, domestic ATM card, or credit card, and receives the goods.
Method 2: Cash on Delivery (COD – Payment upon delivery)
Step 1: Customer reviews product information listed on the website.
Step 2: Customer places order on sinhgroup.vn.
Step 3: Seller confirms order details with customer via phone or message.
Step 4: Seller ships the goods.
Step 5: Customer makes payment in cash, domestic ATM card, or credit card upon delivery.
Method 3: Bank Transfer Payment
Step 1: Customer reviews product/service information listed on the website.
Step 2: Customer places order on sinhgroup.vn.
Step 3: Seller confirms order details with customer via email, phone, or message.
Step 4: Seller ships the goods.
Step 5: Customer receives the goods and makes a bank transfer to the seller’s official account published on sinhgroup.vn.
For Products Made-to-Order (Not available in stock)
Customer makes a deposit of 50% of the order value via cash or bank transfer.
After the agreed production period, the seller will notify the customer to collect goods at the showroom or arrange delivery to the customer’s address.
Upon receiving goods, the customer completes payment of the remaining balance via cash or bank transfer.
2. Payment Guidelines
2.1. Cash Payment
At Showroom: Customers can purchase and pay directly at SINHGROUP showrooms.
At Delivery Location: Customers can pay delivery staff directly at their home or site (within the delivery range covered by SINHGROUP or by logistics partners offering COD service).
2.2. Bank Transfer Payment
At Showroom: Customers may transfer payment while receiving goods at the showroom.
At Delivery Location: Customers may transfer payment to SINHGROUP’s bank account upon receiving goods from the delivery staff.

3. Transaction Security
To ensure safe and successful transactions, the SINHGROUP management team applies protective measures for product listings on sinhgroup.vn and implements risk-minimizing practices.
Customers should provide complete and accurate information (name, address, phone number, email) when making purchases so we can promptly contact them if issues arise.
For home delivery, customers should only make payment after inspecting the goods carefully and being satisfied with the product.
SINHGROUP does not accept online card payment through the website. Therefore, customers must not provide card details when placing orders online, to ensure safety.
