Inspection Policy – SINHGROUP

To ensure the rights and benefits of our valued customers, SINHGROUP applies the following inspection policy:

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders delivered directly via shipping units or delivered from our warehouse to the customer’s location.

2. Time of Inspection

  • For customers receiving goods directly: You have the right to inspect the products at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note with our staff.

  • For goods shipped via third-party carriers (freight service, transport companies): Please check the goods before leaving the station/warehouse. In case of damage or missing items, please take photos or videos and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Inspection Content

  • Verify quantity, product code, model, and specifications according to the purchase order.

  • Check the condition of the product: ensure it is not cracked, broken, warped, chipped, or technically defective (if any).

4. Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Customers who sign and accept goods without inspection, or inspect after leaving the delivery area.

  • Products damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, or poor storage.

  • Cases where feedback is received after 24 hours from the time of receipt.

5. Support & Resolution

If errors are found on SINHGROUP’s side (wrong model delivered, missing items, damage during transport, etc.), we will handle the case promptly by free return/exchange within 1–3 business days.
